Job Description

As an Office Manager at Shams Britvisa Lawyers Ltd you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our firm by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As an Office Manager you will:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office and compliance with UK immigration law.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to staff.
• Manage client interactions, address inquiries efficiently
• Ensure adherence to procedures for handling sensitive immigration documents and client files.
• Manage the procedures for considering, issuing, amending, and endorsing relevant policies and immigration legal documents.
• Plan and coordinate the activities and resources of the firm, ensuring all offices operate in alignment.
• Manage administrative staff, monitor performance, and ensure staff are well-informed and equipped to perform their roles.
• Handle scheduling for client appointments and manage logistical needs of the firm.
• Address and resolve operational issues to maintain client satisfaction and office efficiency.
