At Shams Britvisa Lawyers Ltd, we are committed to making all our visa services affordable and accessible for our clients. To help manage the cost, we offer flexible payment options, including the ability to pay in instalments.

Pay in Instalments

You have the option to pay in two instalments:

  • The first instalment is due at the start of your case after we issue you with the client care letter.
  • The second instalment can be paid once we are ready to submit your case and send documents on your behalf.

This method is called Payment Progress Schedule (PPS) method and is approved by our regulator OISC, allowing you to break the payments into smaller, manageable instalments. Full details of these payment options are outlined in the Client Care Letter provided during your consultation.

Pay Later at the Point of Submission

Alternatively, you also have the flexibility of not paying the full amount upfront. Instead, you can choose to pay the entire fee once your case is ready for
submission and all documents have been prepared.
